At Waterside, we provide residential care for 48 older people who have enduring physical and mental health needs.  Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support.

Set in a residential area of London and in its own grounds, Waterside is close to local amenities and excellent bus and train routes.  Most rooms have views of the well-kept gardens.

• 48 single en-suite rooms with shower facilities

• We have a guest room available for relatives and friends

• Rooms decorated to high standard

• We encourage furniture and personal items to be brought in to make it your own room

• Telephone point in your room is available on request

• Television point and connections for digital and satellite TV

• Call bells in each room providing 24-hour help

• All rooms centrally heated

• We have 4 cosy lounges with TVs and video players and quiet areas for reading and relaxing

• Specially equipped bathrooms so you can relax in comfort

• Lift to all floors

Dining

• Choice of healthy and nutritious meals and any special dietary requirements catered for

• Supper is served in the lounges or can be enjoyed in your own room

• Unlike other care homes there is no need to order food in advance

Leisure activities

• Newspapers can be ordered and delivered daily to your room

• Waterside has well-maintained gardens, patio and sitting area ideal for the summer

• Stimulating and wide-ranging activities are organised at our home each week

• Wheelchair access is available

• Car parking is available

• Pets are welcome by arrangement

• We have a personal laundry facility and laundry service

• A pay telephone is available

• Regular interdenominational church services and meetings are held

Health and personal care

• GP visits weekly or on request

• District Nurse, Optician, Dentist and Physiotherapist visit by arrangement

• Chiropodist visits every 3 months or on request

• Holistic Therapists are available on request

• Our Hairdresser visits regularly
