We’re

At
Norton House, we provide residential care for 30 older people with varying
abilities and for those who want to maintain their independence but now
find that they need some practical and personal support.
Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support.

30 Single en-suite rooms with WC, washbasin and shower

There are 8 additional, single en-suite rooms for physical rehabilitation
care

Rooms decorated to high standard

We encourage personal items to be brought in to enhance your room

Telephone point in all bedrooms for your own direct line

Television point and connections for digital and satellite TV
•
Call bells in each room providing 24-hour help
•
There are 5 cosy lounges all with TVs.
One lounge has a quiet area for reading and relaxing

Specially equipped bathrooms so you can relax in comfort

Lifts to all floors
Dining
•
All meals are served in the dining rooms or can be enjoyed in your own
room

Choice of healthy and nutritious meals and any special dietary
requirements catered for

Unlike other care homes there is no need to order food in advance

Newspapers can be ordered and delivered daily to your room

Norton House has an elegant courtyard garden, patio and sitting area,
ideal for the summer

Stimulating and wide-ranging activities are organised at our home each
