At Greenhive, we provide residential care for 48 older people who have increasing physical and mental frailties and varying health needs.  Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support.

Set in a quiet residential area and in its own beautiful grounds, Greenhive is close to local amenities, excellent bus routes and train stations.  Most rooms have views of the well-kept gardens.

We offer:

Accommodation

• 48 single en-suite rooms with shower facilities

• Rooms decorated to high standard

• We encourage furniture and personal items to be brought in to make it your own home

• Telephone point in your room is available on request

• Television point and connections for digital and satellite TV

• Call bells in each room providing 24-hour help

• All rooms centrally heated

• We have 3 cosy lounges with TVs and Video players and quiet areas for reading and relaxing

• Specially equipped bathrooms so you can relax in comfort

• Lifts to all floors

Dining

• Choice of healthy and nutritious meals and any special dietary requirements catered for

• Supper is served in the lounges or can be enjoyed in your own room

• Unlike other care homes there is no need to order food in advance

Leisure activities

• Newspapers can be ordered and delivered daily to your room

• Greenhive has an elegant garden, patio and sitting areas, ideal for the summer

• Stimulating and wide-ranging activities are organised at our home each week

Facilities

• Wheelchair access is available

• Car parking is available

• Pets are welcome at manager’s discretion

• We have a personal laundry facility and laundry service

• A pay telephone is available

• Religious services and meetings are arranged

Health and personal care

• Our GP visits weekly or on request

• District Nurses, Dentist, Physiotherapist and Optician visit by arrangement

• Our Chiropodist visits once every 3 months or on request

• Holistic therapies available on request

• Our Hairdresser visits regularly

Local area

• Peckham Town Centre and theatre, ½ mile

• Peckham Rye Railway Station, ½ mile

• Swimming pool, ¼ mile

• Kings College Hospital , 2 miles

• Guy’s and St Thomas ’ Hospital, 3 miles
