At Greenacres, we provide residential care for 60 older people with increasing physical and mental frailties and varying mental health needs.  Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support.

Set in a quiet residential area and in its own grounds, Greenacres is close to local shops, pubs and post office.  Most rooms have lovely views of the gardens.

We offer:

Accommodation

• 60 single en-suite bedrooms with kitchenette

• Rooms decorated to high standard

• We encourage personal items to be brought in to enhance your room

• Telephone point in all bedrooms for your own direct line

• Television point and connections for digital and satellite TV

• Call bells in each room providing 24-hour help

• We have 5 cosy lounges with TV, video and DVD players

• We have a quiet lounge for reading and relaxing

• Specially equipped bathrooms so you can relax or enjoy a refreshing shower

• Lift to upper floor

Dining

• Choice of healthy and nutritious meals and any special dietary requirements catered for

• Supper is served in the lounges or can be enjoyed in your own room

• Unlike other care homes there is no need to order food in advance

Leisure activities

• Newspapers can be ordered and delivered daily to your room

• Greenacres has an elegant garden with, patio and sitting areas, ideal for the summer

• Stimulating and wide-ranging activities are organised at our home each week such as day trips, arts and crafts etc.

Facilities

• Wheelchair access and car parking are available

• Pets are welcome by arrangement

• We have a personal laundry facility and laundry service

• A pay telephone is available

• Regular religious services and meetings are held

Health and personal care

• Our GP visits on request and there are 4 local surgeries

• District Nurse, Optician, Dentist, Dietician and Physiotherapist visit by arrangement

• Chiropodist visits every 2 months or on request

• Local Holistic Therapists are available on request

• Our Hairdresser visits twice a week

Local area

• Sutton and Epsom town centres, 4 miles

• London City Centre with places of interest, 5 miles

• Banstead Railway Station, 1 mile

• Epsom Hospital , 4 miles
