At Eastlake , we provide residential care for 52 older people with varying physical disabilities, dementia and mental health needs.  Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support.

Set in a quiet location and in its own beautiful grounds, Eastlake is close to local shops, pubs, post office and excellent bus and train routes to nearby towns.  Most rooms have lovely views of the well-kept gardens.

Accommodation

• Single en-suite bedrooms with WC and washbasin

• 2 bedrooms are available for respite care

• Rooms decorated to high standard

• We encourage personal items to be brought in to enhance your room

• Telephone point in all bedrooms for your own direct line

• Television point and connections for digital and satellite TV

• Call bells in each room providing 24-hour help

• We have 4 cosy lounges with TV, video and DVD facilities and quiet areas for reading and relaxing

• Specially equipped bathrooms so you can relax in comfort or enjoy a refreshing shower

• Lift to all floors

Dining

• Choice of healthy and nutritious meals and any special dietary requirements catered for

• Supper is served in the lounge or can be enjoyed in your own room

• Unlike other care homes there is no need to order food in advance

Leisure activities

• Newspapers can be ordered and delivered daily to your room

• Eastlake has an elegant garden with patio and sitting areas, ideal for the summer

• Stimulating and wide-ranging activities are organised at our home each week such as day trips, arts and crafts etc.

Facilities

• Wheelchair access and car parking are available

• Pets are welcome by arrangement

• We have a personal laundry facility and laundry service

• A pay telephone is available

• Regular religious services and meetings are held

Health and personal care

• GP visits the homes on request

• There are 2 local surgeries

• District Nurse, Optician, Dentist and Physiotherapist visit by arrangement

• Chiropodist visits every 4-6weeks or on request

• Our Hairdresser twice week

• Godalming Town Centre, ½ mile

• Nearest Hospital is in Milford the Royal Surrey County Hospital is in Guildford 4 miles away

• Farncombe Railway Station, ½ mile

• Goldalming Railway Station, ½ mile

• Bowling green and golf course, 1 mile
