Southwold is a purpose built home, circa 1991. The home is owned and maintained by Anchor Trust, England’s largest not-for-profit provider of support, care and housing for older people. Set in a quiet location, within the grounds of Wythenshawe Hospital, Southwold is close to the town’s amenities and excellent bus ant rain routes. Most rooms have lovely views of the well-kept gardens.

At Southwold, we provide professional nursing care for 41 older people (male and female) with increasing physical and mental frailty and varying disabilities. Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support.
