At Trinity Fold, we provide residential care for 50 older people who have increasing physical and mental frailty. Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support.

Set in quiet, attractive grounds close to Halifax Town Centre, Trinity Fold has easy access to excellent bus, train and motorway routes. Most rooms have views of the well-kept gardens.

We offer:

Accommodation

• 50 single en-suite rooms

• We also offer furnished en-suite rooms for respite care

• Telephone point in each room for your own direct line

• Television point and connections for satellite and digital TV

• Call systems in each room providing 24-hour help

• Rooms are decorated to high standard

• We encourage personal items to be brought in to enhance your room

• We have a large, cosy lounge with TV and video player with quiet areas for reading and relaxing

• Bathrooms specially equipped so you can relax in a comfort or enjoy a refreshing shower

• Lifts to all floors

Dining

• All three main meals are served in the dining room or can be enjoyed in your own room

• Choice of healthy and nutritious meals and any special dietary requirements catered for

• Unlike other care homes, there is no need to order food in advance

Leisure activities

• Newspapers can be delivered daily to your room

• Trinity Fold has an attractive garden, patio and sitting areas, ideal to sit out in summer

• Stimulating and wide-ranging activities are organised at our home each week

• Wheelchair access is available

• Car parking is available

• Pets are welcome by arrangement

• We have a personal laundry facility and laundry service

• A pay telephone is available

• Religious services and meetings are arranged

Health and personal care

• GP services available on request

• District Nurse, Optician, Dentist and Physiotherapist visit by arrangement

• Our Hairdresser visits weekly

• Our Chiropodist visits every 4-6 weeks

• Holistic therapy – details of local providers are available

Local area

• Halifax Town Centre has a variety of shops, theatre, railway and bus station, all within walking distance

• Piece Hall and Eureka Museum , ½ mile
