At Springfield , we provide nursing and residential care for 98 older people over 65 years with increasing physical frailty and varying health needs. Nursing staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support

Set in a quiet location and in its own grounds, Springfield is close to a large supermarket, pubs, post office and excellent bus routes to nearby towns. Many of our rooms have views off the well-kept gardens.

• 98 single en-suite rooms

• Rooms decorated to high standard

• Guest room available where visitors can stay overnight

• Telephone point in each room for your own direct line

• Television point and connections for satellite and digital TV

• Call bells in each room providing 24 hour help

• We encourage personal items to be brought in to enhance your room

• We have 5 cosy lounges with TVs and quiet areas for reading and relaxing, etc

• Specially equipped bathrooms with spa facilities so you can relax in comfort or enjoy a refreshing shower

• Lift to all floors

Dining

• All meals are served in the dining areas or can be enjoyed in your own room

• Choice of healthy and nutritious meals and any special dietary requirements are catered for

• Unlike other care homes, there is no need to order food in advance

Leisure activities

• Newspapers can be delivered daily to your room

• Springfield has a pleasant garden area with patio and sitting areas, ideal to sit out in summer

• Our Activities Organisers can arrange trips and provide various activities/entertainment on a daily basis

• Wheelchair access is available

• Car parking is available

• Pets are welcome by arrangement

• We have a personal laundry facility and laundry service

• A pay telephone is available

• Regular religious services and residents meetings are held

• Local GPs are available on request

• Our Hairdresser visits 3 days a week

• Our Chiropodist visits every 6 weeks

• District Nurses, Optician, Dentist, and Physiotherapist visit by arrangement

• Holistic Therapists are available on request

• Bradford Royal Infirmary, 4 miles
