Prior Bank is a Victorian house which has been converted to provide residential care. It has a purpose built extension to the rear where most of the rooms are situated. Prior Bank is owned and maintained by Anchor Trust, England’s largest not-for-profit provider of support, care and housing for older people. Set in a quiet location in its own beautiful grounds, Prior Bank is close to the local shops, pubs and post office. Most rooms have lovely views of the well-kept gardens.

At Prior Bank we provide residential care for 32 older people (male and female) with varying abilities and for those who want to maintain their independence but now find that they need some practical and personal care. Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support.
