At Primrose Court , we provide residential care for 32 older people with varying abilities, and for those who wish to maintain their independence but now find that they need some practical and personal care. Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support.

Set in a quiet location next to the local Methodist Church , Primrose Court is close to the local shops, pubs and post office.

We offer:

Accommodation

• Single en-suite rooms with WC and washbasin

• Television point and connections for digital and satellite TV. Freeview boxes in all rooms

• Telephone point in all bedrooms for your own direct line

• Call bells in each room providing 24-hour help

• Rooms decorated to high standard

• We encourage personal items to be brought in to enhance your room

• 1 cosy main lounge with TV, computer with internet and quiet area for reading and relaxing

• Tea-making facilities are available to make drinks for you and your visitors

• Additional bathrooms specially equipped so you can relax in comfort

• Lift to upper floors

Dining

• Breakfast and supper are served either in the lounge or can be enjoyed in your room

• Choice of healthy and nutritious meals and any special dietary requirements catered for

• Unlike other care homes, there is no need to order food in advance

Leisure activities

• Newspapers can be ordered and delivered daily to your room

• Primrose Court has very pleasant gardens with an area to sit out in summer

• Stimulating and wide-ranging activities are organised at our home each week

• Wheelchair access and car parking are available

• Pets are welcome by arrangement

• We have a personal laundry facility and laundry service

• A portable phone for residents use is available

• Religious services and meeting are arranged

• There is a GP available on request and 3 local surgeries

• Our Hairdresser twice a week

• Our Chiropodist visits once every 6 weeks or on request

• Physiotherapist visit by arrangement

• Dentist and Optician-visiting and local services available

• Local town of Guiseley is ¼ mile away
