Clifton Meadows is a purpose built home, circa 1992. The home is owned and maintained by Anchor Trust, England’s largest not-for-profit provider of support, care and housing for older people. Set in pleasant gardens, Clifton Meadows is close to local shops, pubs and post office. All rooms have interesting views.

At Clifton Meadows, we provide residential care for 65 older people in two adjacent properties (male and female) who have dementia and other mental health needs; and a home for 40 people (male and female) who are physically frail. Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support.
