At Kerria Court , we provide residential care and are registered for Dementia for 47 older people who want to maintain their independence but now find that they need practical and personal care.  Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support.

Set in a convenient location, Kerria Court benefits from easy access to local amenities and excellent bus routes direct to Birmingham City Centre.

Accommodation

• Single en-suite rooms and are of bedsit type

• Telephone point in all bedrooms for your own personal use

• Television point and connections for digital and satellite TV

• Rooms decorated to high standard

• We encourage personal items to be brought in to enhance your room

• Incom Care Call in each room providing 24-hour help

• Large cosy lounge situated on the ground floor, overlooking the garden                                   

• There is also an activities lounge where you can relax, read and participate in the     days activities

• Bathrooms specially equipped so you can relax in comfort

• 2 x Lifts to First Floor

Dining

• Choice of healthy and nutritious meals and any special dietary requirements catered for

• All meals are served in the Dining Room, or in the privacy of your own room should you wish

• Unlike other care homes, there is no need to order food in advance

Leisure activities

• Newspapers can be ordered and delivered daily to you room

• Kerria Court has a large enclosed garden and patio with BBQ facilities                                  

• Stimulating and wide-ranging activities are organised at our home daily

• Car parking is available

• Pets are welcome by arrangement

• We have a personal laundry facility and laundry service

• A pay telephone is available

• Religious services and meetings are arranged

Health and personal care

• GP available at local Medical Centre, easily accessible

• District Nurse, Dentist and Physiotherapist visit by arrangement

• Local Holistic Therapists are available on request

• Our Chiropodist visits once every 6-8 weeks or as required

• Our Hairdresser visits once weekly

• Birmingham City and Queen Elizabeth Hospitals within 3 miles
