At Holmpark, we provide residential care for 39 older people with varying physical and mental frailty. Staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide care and support.

Set in a pleasant area, Holmpark is close to local amenities and excellent bus routes. All room have lovely vies of the well-kept gardens.                                                                                                                                                              

We offer:

Accommodation

• Single en-suite rooms with kitchenette

• Rooms decorated to high standard

• We encourage personal items to be brought in to enhance your room

• Telephone point in all bedrooms for your own direct line

• Television point and connections for digital and satellite TV

• Call bells in each room providing 24-hour help

• Cosy main lounge with TV and quiet areas on each floor for reading and relaxing, etc.

• Bathrooms specially equipped so you can relax in comfort or enjoy a refreshing shower

• Lift to all floor

Dining

• Supper is served in the lounge or in the privacy of your own room

• Choice of healthy and nutritious meals and any special dietary requirements catered for

• Unlike other care homes, there is no need to order food in advance

Leisure activities

• Holmpark has a pleasant south-facing garden, patio and sitting area for residents to sit out in summer       

• Stimulating and wide-ranging activities are organised at our home each week

• Wheelchair access available

• Car parking is available

• Pets are welcome by arrangement

• We have a personal laundry facility and laundry service

• A pay telephone is available

• Religious services and meetings are arranged

Health and personal care

• GP available on request

• District Nurse. Optician, Dentist and Physiotherapist visit by arrangement

• Local Holistic Therapists are available on request

• Our Chiropodist visits once every 4-6 weeks or on request

• Our Hairdresser visits weekly

• Birmingham City Centre and railway station, 2 miles

• Birmingham City Road Hospital , 1 mile

• Edgbaston Cricket Ground, 3 miles
