Here are a few tools to help you navigate this site:-

Changing the text size

You can change the size of the text through your browser options.
If you are using Internet Explorer, click on View and then Text Size. You should then have the option to increase or decrease the size of the text.

If you are using Netscape, click on View and then Text Size. Click on 'larger' or 'smaller' to go one size up or down. You can also make large changes by choosing a larger or smaller 'percentage'.

Access Keys

The navigation menu is available by pressing the 'Alt' key and the number for the page. If you use internet explorer you will also need to press the return key. Below is a list of the various options:
